In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

In-progress matches that are abandoned or declared no result will have affected bets settled according to the specific market rules applicable to that event.

7.4 Voided Bets. k665 may void bets in the following circumstances: an event is cancelled or abandoned and no result is determined; an obvious pricing error is identified; there is evidence that match or event integrity has been compromised; or a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being applied. Voided bets have stakes returned to the Player's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k665 platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraudulent, or criminal purpose;

12.4 Maximum Liability. Where k665's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our aggregate maximum liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the amount of the stake directly involved in the relevant incident.

13.2 Balance on Termination.
